My whole life has always been geared towards helping and empowering people. Now, in my role as a Certified Havening Practitioner and RTT therapist, I make it my job to help clients identify the root cause of any long-standing issue(s) that has been blocking them from accomplishing what they want and having a more fulfilling life.

I came to Regina with pseudo tumor cerebri where the optic nerve sheath decompression had not stabilized after my surgery and as a result, I was visually impaired. I was depressed because I had children and thought I could no longer take care of them. I was unable to sleep because I couldn’t rest my mind.

After the session, all of the symptoms seemed to lift somewhat so that I could begin to see things differently. I was now able to get restorative sleep. The depression lifted and I was able to return to my family and cope.

I am functioning at a significantly higher level and have begun exercising on a regular basis. I have altered my eating habits and feel so much better about my life.
